CHLP is always interested in receiving resumes of people interested in attorney or advocate positions. Attorneys provide direct legal representation of low-income clients with disabilities in such civil matters as Social Security, Welfare, landlord-tenant disputes, debt collection, family law, and barrier-free accessibility. Advocates provide representation of clients before administrative tribunals (for example, at Social Security hearings).
